Why don’t abortion foes adopt these children?

Why does the pro-life movement spend time and money telling people that abortion is murder when they could be spending their time and money telling their members to go adopt a child who is waiting for a LIFE?
Isn’t neglecting and ignoring a child who is here almost as morally wrong as abortion?
because it’s so much easier for them to tell other people what to do with their life, then to actually try to use some of their resources to help all these kids waiting for someone to give them a home.
it’s hella easy to tell somebody else that they wrong, but hard as hell to do whats right.
